As the UX/UI Lead Designer working on the Software Engineering team at DZone, I was focused on taking the company's product vision from concept through to research, design mockups, and often to front-end development. I started at DZone as a Graphic Designer, working with the marketing team to produce marketing collateral, lay out publication content, design infographics, and help establish and maintain the company brand through our website redesign. I soon transitioned into the role of UX/UI designer, working on new features, improvements, and concepts for our website and software product.
